My rant for today. How does TTC justify itself to taxpayers money if we keep on paying for their inflated under-service? A person for myself finds it tough to swallow when they start asking commuters to pay for their parking spaces at TTC subway stations. Isnt the idea to have a greener community, to reduce the amount of greenhouse emissions, to reduce the amount of cars on the road. By charging TTC users to pay for their parking spaces at subways stops are going to start driving to get to the centre core, including myself. It use to be a perk where if you were a TTC monthly pass holder you would be able to park in the parking lots for free if bought the pass, but this month they started implementing where you have to pay for to park. WTF is that!!!?!?!? that makes no sense. To payment for parking is to ‘maintain’ the parking lots. But if the parking lots are not going to be used whats the point in maintaining it? Financially it makes sense for TTC, not its users!!!!!! tsk tsk shame on you… i’m gonna blame you guys for puttting more CO2 in the air, cuz i’m driving to work!

I apologize I havent been writing on this blog. The online world has come up with a new trend. Email, then messenger, then napster, then myspace, youtube, facebook….. now twitter. At first, I wasnt a fan of the social network products but I’m succombed to the idea of using these things for ‘research’. My research has interfered with my writing in blog, but now my blog has become an after thought. This blog is able to express thoughts and feeling more indepth. I am not a writer, nor am i good with words. I am person who perfers images and actions.

For the past couple of weeks I have been strategically and intensely looking for full-time work in the tough economic times. This time last year I was able to find contracts out of thin air, but I find myself digging even deeper. It gets frustrating. I will keep trying and finding contacts that will eventually lead me to some form of constant employment.

I have to mention that I have been chosen as ‘featured talent’ at a flash and motion design festival held in Toronto (www.fitc.ca). I’ll have more info in the upcoming days.

I think I’m addicted to traveling or getting on planes. I always feel that I have to go somewhere, does that happen to you? Maybe I should just get my airplane license and buy my own leer jet. But I think parking it would be a bit of a problem on my parents driveway!!! :S lol!. Anyhow, does anybody want to go to NYC in the upcoming months?? anybody?
