so i bought a new phone!… so what!

so i suddenly woke up this morning realized that i dropped my phone on the way home from an inebriated after work social…..

so last night i went to go see Les miserables last night with a friend who came from the great white north. So during the show it got me thinking about the simpsons and how clever and amazing the show really is….. The musical numbers are hysterical, funny and absolutely astonishing…

thats it….

nothing is happening this weekend my friends…… i wish there was, but all i’m doing is watching a football match on the telly…. barcelona vs. sevilla.

I remember back in 2003 my first trip to europe was to spain. And sevilla was a beautiful small city. Everybody was friendly and everybody was damn ass good lookin. my problem….. language barrier. its really hard to communicate with people if they dont know the same language as you….. i remember convincing a DJ to let me DJ at a club….. and i did….

Today i was on the tube, and an older gentleman from africa came up to me and ask for directions. The station he was looking for was on another tube line…. I tried giving him clear directions. i don’t know if it was me and my directions but he did not understand. Then it got me thinking… if i was an immigrant coming to a land where i do not know how to read and speak the same language as your residence country. what if i tried to work in the Netherlands or Germany or sweden!?!?!…. how lost i would be…..

but then again… humans are smart and able to adapt……

i took the prince vids down due to fear of getting my ass sued by the purple one…

if he does drop by in your town, go see him. Even if you’re not a fan, you’ll be one.

After complaining about not having a UK credit card, i bit the bullet and got tix to go see Prince tonight at the O2 arena . If you’re not a Prince fan you should be one. He is one of the best performers i’ve seen on stage! PERIOD! Not only he’s a musical genious, his band are very close to be musical genious’ as well. I’ll let you know how it turns out!

On another note, i’m headed to Geneva and France for the weekend.
